Bids are requested for a one-year term contract with two, one-year renewal options for complete and comprehensive green clean janitorial services for various City of Grand Rapids commercial and industrial buildings, as per the specifications contained herein. The City reserves the right to split the award to multiple vendors if it deems it in its own best interest to do so. Responses received after the date and time indicated will not be accepted or considered. Responses may be withdrawn or modified in writing prior to the response submission deadline. Responses that are resubmitted or modified shall be sealed and submitted to the City's Purchasing Department prior to the response submission deadline. Following the deadline date responses will be considered firm. The mandatory pre-bid meeting/on-site inspection will be held on the date and times specified below. Bidders are responsible for their own transportation and any parking costs.
