Public tender openings will be suspended until further notice. Following solicitation closing, bid results will be recorded and may be obtained by e-mailing a request to the address indicated in the Invitation to Tender. Two Phase Selection Process: This is the first phase (Phase One) of a two-phase competition. The first phase will evaluate the qualifications of all bidders. The second phase, (Phase Two), will invite the qualified bidders to provide a financial bid on the project based on the specifications and drawings. Upon award of a contract in Phase Two, the pre-qualification list resulting from the first phase will expire and will not be used in any other solicitation. Public Services and Procurement Canada has a requirement for crushing, hauling, and stockpiling B.S.T. aggregates and sanding aggregates. Work to be performed under this Contract includes, but is not limited to the following: 1. Crushing, hauling, and stockpiling 16.0mm B.S.T. aggregates and 12.5mm sanding aggregates. 2. Supply crawler tractor complete with ripper and 260-359 FWHP for pit clean-up after completion of crushing aggregates. No separate payment for hauling aggregates to stockpile. Gravel Pits at Km's 262, 366, 637, 699, 750, 820, 834, and 876 are available to contractor for work under this contract. Site Visit: There is no site visit scheduled for this solicitation. Delivery Date: All work including clean-up and demobilization must be completed by March 31, 2025. Value of Project: To assist with insurance and bonding requirements, this project is estimated to cost between $1,000,001 and $5,000,000.
