The Contractor shall provide all labor, material, and necessary equipment for the proper execution of each level of inspection and maintenance service detailed in this specification. The inspection and maintenance services described are for use by various City departments. If required, details will be included in the solicitation package. The City will publish one or more Addenda displaying all timely received questions and the City responses to each for any information not already contained in the solicitation.
