Saving Project...

Site work for a civil project in Monroe, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and water / sewer project.

Work for which quotations are to be received is for the scour protection installation on Adams Countys Bridge No. 150, 152, and 501. Quotations shall be properly and completely executed on Forms contained in the Contract Documents. Each Quotation shall be accompanied by a completely filled out Form No. 96 (Revised 2013). Any Quote not accompanied by the aforementioned required items shall be deemed to be a non-responsive Quotation. No Quoter may withdraw the proposal within a period of 30 days following the date set for the receiving of Quotes. The County reserves the right to retain any and all Quotes for a period of not more than 30 days and said Quote shall remain in full force and effect during said time. The County further reserves the right to waive informalities and to award the Contract to any Quoter all to the advantage of Adams County or to reject all Quotes. BID SECURITY: Not required. BONDS: A Performance Bond in the amount of 100 percent of the Contract price will be required from the Contractor to whom the work is awarded. INDIANA REQUIREMENTS: Standard Questionnaire Form 96 (Revised 2013), completely filled out and signed, including attachment of Contractors Financial Statement as stipulated in Section III.
