This project is located in the SOUTHERN TIER/CENTRAL NEW YORK region and includes the following: Counties STEUBEN Every bid must be accompanied by a bid bond, certified check or bank cashier's check payable to the NYS Department of Transportation, in the sum of the amount shown on the proposal title page.
