Tualatin Valley Water District (District) invites qualified contractors to submit proposals to provide on-call roofing services in the District's service area in and around Washington County, Oregon, under a one-year contract that can be renewed for up to two additional one-year periods. District intends to select one contractor to provide all services but reserves the option to award multiple contracts. Interested contractors must submit proposals. Proposers must be licensed by the Oregon Construction Contractors Board. This work is not subject to Oregon prevailing wage requirements. Proposers need not be licensed under ORS 468A.720 (regarding licensing of contractors on projects involving asbestos abatement). TVWD reserves the right to cancel this RFP, reject any and all proposals not in compliance with prescribed public contracting procedures and requirements, including proposer responsibility under ORS 279C.375(3)(b), and may reject for good cause any and all proposals upon the Districts's finding that it is in the District's or the public's best interest to do so. The District reserves the right to waive informalities and to negotiate a contract with the highest scoring proposer. Proposers need not be licensed under ORS 468A.720 (regarding licensing of contractors on projects involving asbestos abatement).
