On-Call Guardrail Repair Services Bidders may email their questions to James Tong at jtong(@,cityofpasadena.net until 4:00 p.m. on or before Thursday June 23, 2022. Any questions submitted after June 23, 2022 will not be answered. During the bidding period, the City may find it necessary to issue addendum(a) to bid Specifications after those bid Specifications have been released. The undersigned Bidder agrees that the work performed under this contract is on an as needed basis. The term of the services will be for a one-year period to commence on the date that the contract is fully executed. Bidder understands that the quantities represented in the bid schedule below are typical ofa single repair to a guardrail system at one location. The City reserves the right to reject all bids, waive any irregularity in any of the bids, or cancel or delay the project at any time; Estimated Bid Value $40K to $60K *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
