Site work and paving for a bridge / tunnel in Greene Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and for paving for a bridge / tunnel.
The Greene Township Board of Supervisors will act on these bids at their special meeting on June 24, 2022 that convenes at 6:00 P.M. (local time). A certified check or bank draft, payable to Greene Township, or negotiable U.S. Government Bonds (at par value), or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and an acceptable surety, in an amount equal to ten (10) percent of the total of the Bid shall be submitted with each Bid. Construction Performance and Payment Bonds are required in the amount of one-hundred (100) percent of the Contract as awarded. Attention is called to the fact that each Bidder shall not in any manner discriminate by reason of race, age, color, religion, gender, national origin, handicap, creed, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or in violation of the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act (PHRA) and applicable federal laws, against or intimidate any its employees and/or applicants for employment. Attention is also called to the fact that each Bidder, and each Bidder s subcontractor(s) must be a Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) pre-qualified construction contractor. Not less than the minimum salaries and wages as set forth in the Project Manual must be paid on this Project. The Greene Township Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or to waive any informalities in the bidding. Greene Township is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
