Request for Bids (RFB) University of Wisconsin Washington County (UWM-WC) Storm Sewer Rehabilitation Project Washington County, WI RFB #FM22-36 June 7, 2022 The Washington County Facilities Management Department is seeking sealed bids to install approximately 310 LF of a culvert liner in an existing 24î storm sewer for the University of Wisconsin Washington County (UWM-WC) located at located at 400 University Drive, West Bend, WI 53095. The bid packet for this request will be available through the Countyís website (from the home page, scroll right to the Bids and Proposals link) or you may access the bid packet through DemandStar. Bids must be submitted electronically through DemandStar using the bid forms provided for this request and partial bids will not be allowed unless otherwise stated. Bids will be publicly opened and recorded in the Purchasing Office, Room 2049 of the Herbert J. Tennies Government Center building located at 432 East Washington St, West Bend WI 53095 following the bid due date and time. This project generally consists of installing approximately 310 LF of a CIPP culvert liner in an existing 24 corrugated metal pipe and a dual wall 24 plastic culvert pipe to the Countyís satisfaction by Oct 1, 2022. Accepted bidder will be required to provide an acceptable Certificate of Insurance upon award. All bidders shall be experienced in this type of work and will need to complete and submit a Bidders Statement of Qualifications in order to be pre-qualified with Washington County for this work. This completed form is to be received no later than 5 days prior to the bid opening. The Bidderís Statement of Qualifications Form is included in the bid document for this project. Additionally, bidders are to include with their bid three (3) references of similar projects completed within the past 3 years that Washington County may contact as well. Washington County reserves the right to waive any informalities or technicalities and to reject any and all bids or parts thereof deemed to be unsatisfactory or not in the Countyís best interest. Furthermore, Washington County reserves the right to cancel any order or contract for failure of the successful bidder to comply with the terms, conditions and specifications of the bid request and/or contract. Washington County reserves the right to award the bid in the aggregate or by item or like item groups (where applicable) to the lowest responsible, responsive bidder who complies with the specifications, service and can meet the requirements of this bid.
