The Work includes the installation of new electric vehicle charging stations for the West Parking Garage, outside parking area and near the Executive Conference Center. The Work also includes pavement cutting and replacement, sidewalk removal and replacement, landscaping replacement and irrigation repair, landscape aggregate and weed barrier placement, parking wheel stops, signs, conduit and conductor installation, electrical equipment and enclosures, and connection to existing electrical panels. . The project is broken into three (3) separate bid schedules. SIA may award one or more schedules to the successful bidder. . Contract award will be made on July 21, 2022. The Contractor will be expected to procure materials and be ready to start construction in August 2022.
