Bids must be accompanied by a certified check, bank money order, or a Bid Bond in an amount not less than 10 percent (10%) of the Bid total. The project is divided into 2 phases, explained in the Bid Documents. PA Prevailing Wage Rates will apply to Phase 1. Annville Free Library reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. Provide cost to provide composite/vinyl siding in lieu of "Thin Brick" brick veneer on the interior -facing gables of the Addition.
