The Work is subject to the wage requirements of RCW 39.12 (Prevailing Wages on Public Works), RCW 49.28 (Hours of Labor), and to RCW 49.46 (Minimum Wage Act) as amended or supplemented. The CWA Article III (Wage Rates and Fringe Benefits) and Article IV (Hours of Work, Overtime and Shifts) provides supplemental requirements for wages. There will be a restaurant space (Cafe) on top of the pedestrian bridge and screened storage space below the bridge east of Elliott Way. The following Work is included in the Project: 1. Urban Design: Planting; Site furnishings such as Benches, Railings, and Boulders Play area. 2. Civil: Earthwork including grading of structural lid at the Bluff Walk, Landing, Bridge, and hardscape areas; site stormwater and piping; utility connections. 3. Lighting: Site, Cafe, and Maintenance space lighting; roadway lighting on the underside of the OLW Bridge. 4. Structures: Includes a Cafe & Canopy, Alaskan Way screen wall support, the Bluff Walk and Landing adjacent to the west side of the Pike Place Market Waterfront Entrance project, a new connection between the south end of the Overlook Bridge and Pike Place Market garage elevator, and the Overlook Walk Bridge structure with stairs down to the Promenade level. 5.
