Any prospective respondent desiring any explanation or interpretation of the proposal must make a written request which must be received by the Purchasing Department at least five (5) business days prior to the scheduled time for the proposal opening. The request must be addressed to Susan Serrano, Purchasing Department, at the address listed below or emailed to bidclarifications@brazoria-county.com. A-29, Suite 100 Angleton, TX 77515 Any prospective respondent desiring any explanation or interpretation of the solicitation must make a written request online through Bonfire electronic platform or email the project facilitator as shown in Section Questions Due Date (for Clarifications), which must be received by the Purchasing Department at least five (5) business days prior to the scheduled time for the offer opening. Any information given to a prospective respondent concerning this solicitation will be furnished promptly to all other known prospective respondents as a written amendment/addendum to the solicitation. Brazoria County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids/offers as it deems in its best interest and to waive any formalities. No more than two representatives per company will be admitted to the tour of the facility and all Non-Disclosure forms must be turned in on, or before the deadline in the schedule above all background checks must be completed. Interested parties are encouraged to download all of the proposal documents prior to attending the meeting.
