Major construction items are: Chip & Seal Application. Approximately 59,755 square yards m/l. aggregate seal coat. The City of Troy may award a contract based upon the lowest responsive, responsible bid. The right is reserved by the City of Troy to reject any and all bids or to waive informalities therein. No Bidder may withdraw his bid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from and after the date named herein for the opening of bids. State of Missouri prevailing hourly wage rates for workmen, as determined by the Division of Labor Standards, will be complied with on this project and not less than the highest prevailing hourly rate of wages shall be paid to all workmen performing work under this Contract. A certified check, Bank Draft or Bid Bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the amount of the proposal will be required with each bid.
