The Information for Bid- ders, Form of Bid, Form of Contract, Specifications, and Forms of Bid Bond, Performance Bond, payment Bond, and other documents may be examined at the office of Civil Group, LLC at 919 East Avalon Av- enue, Suite B, Muscle Shoals, Alabama 35661. All bids must be submitted on bid forms provided by the Town of Killen through its Engineer. Bids must be submitted to the Town of Killen in a sealed envelope marked "Bid for Tennis Courts". The Bidder's name and address shall appear on the outside of the sealed bid; and the Bid- der's General Contractor's License Number and Expi- ration Date shall be listed on the outside of the sealed bid. The Town of Killen reserves the right to waive any informalities or reject any or all bids. Each bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount, form, and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bid- ders. Attention of Bidders is par- ticularly called to the re- quirements as to the conditions of employment to be observed, Section 3, Segregated Facility, Sec- tion 109 and E.O. 11246. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 30 days after the actual date of the open- ing thereof.
