Renovation of a municipal facility in Tyler, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 3,000-square-foot, two-story above grade municipal facility.
The project includes partial interior renovations of the basement, third floor, and fourth floors of the Smith County Courthouse 100 N. Broadway Ave, Tyler, TX 75702. Payments will be made after items or services have been received in accordance with award. Smith County reserves the right to accept or reject in whole or in part any bid received and to waive any irregularities or formalities in the best interest of Smith County. Bid Bond is required. Smith County Commissioners Court reserves the right to make all final decisions. Minority Business Enterprises, Small Business Enterprises and Women Business Enterprises are encourage to submit proposals. This project is being funded in whole or in part using funds from the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA).
