Purchase Type Duration: 1 year Option: with two (2) optional one (1) year period extensions Transit Facilities Maintenance of the Transit Services Department of the City of Ottawa requires Fire Systems Inspections and Repair Services at various Transit Services locations, in accordance with the terms and condition, and Specifications of this Request for Tender. The Contractor shall provide all materials, labour and requirement required to undertake routine maintenance, annual inspections of fire alarm detection systems, wet and dry sprinkler systems and associated equipment (including, but not limited to: pumps, back flow preventers, etc.) and bi-annual (twice per year) inspections of hood suppression systems in accordance with the specifications of this Request for Tender.
