Pursuant to Resolution adopted by the Town Board, the Town of Babylon Commissioner of General Services, Division of Purchasing will received sealed proposals for Engineering, Design, Bid Phase, Part Time Inspection, Construction Observation, Management Services in Connection With Building Envelope Improvements proposal may be hand delivered or mailed to the above address. Proposals will not be accepted after 10:00 a.m. on the date of the opening. NO EXCEPTIONS SHALL BE GRANTED. Do not remove any pages; proposals are to be submitted intact. For information, please call 631-957-3025. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all proposals. The Town of Babylon encourages minority and women-owned businesses to participate in all Town bids. One Original and Six (6) Copies of the Proposal Must Be Delivered in a Sealed Envelope and Received by the Commissioner of General Services No Later No Than 10:00 a.m. On Thursday, July 7, 2022 Special Note: This Project May Be Funded in Part Through the American Rescue Plan Act ("Arpa") and a New York State Grant.
