Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Huntingburg, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
**As of August 12,2022, project was awarded to Knies Construction, awarded amount is $942,122.64.** The project consists of pavement resurfacing and rehabilitation, widening, concrete curb and gutter installation, and various drainage improvements associated with the 2022 Community Crossings Matching Grant program and award. The City of Huntingburg, Indiana invites sealed bids for the W. 3rd Street - Phase 1 Project. The Contract will be awarded on the basis of the lowest responsive, responsible bid and the criteria defined in the Bid Form and Instructions to Bidders. The City desires to award this contract to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder at the July 7th, 2022 meeting of the Board of Public Works in order to have an executed agreement on or before July 29th, 2022. The City of Huntingburg reserves the right to reject any and all bids or waive any informality or technicality in any bid.
