Demolition, site work and addition to a pre-engineered storage facility in Essex, Ontario. Completed plans call for the addition of a 6,000-square-foot, one-story above grade pre-engineered storage facility; for the demolition of a pre-engineered storage facility; and for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility.
The Town of Essex is seeking tenders from qualified tenderers to complete the Ferris Road Operations Facility Expansion located at 2100 Ferris Road in Harrow Centre as outlined in this Request for Tender. The successful tenderer shall provide all architectural and structural design services and construction administration including coordination services will all relevant parties, material and equipment necessary to prepare contract drawings and specifications of the work for this expansion. The proposed new Pre-Engineered Building shall be width of 24.38 m (80 ft) length of 27.5m (75 ft) including three drive through bays. Roof pitch shall be 1 in 12, end wall shall be post and beam structure with 30cm (12 in) eave.
