Note that only the documents required by the Company under the terms of this call for tenders must be submitted with the tender, so as to avoid any situation which would lead to the tender being restrictive or conditional. Authorization to contract/certificate from Revenu Quebec It is strongly suggested that bidders submit as soon as possible, according to the requirements of the contract documents, their request for a certificate from Revenu Quebec and, if applicable, their request for authorization to contract with the Autorite des marches publics, in order to to ensure that these requirements are met before the deadline date and time indicated in the Instructions to tenderers and/or in the Additional Instructions. Non-participation in the call for tenders Any person or company having obtained the contractual documents and who does not submit a bid, undertakes to complete the "Non-participation questionnaire" form included in the contractual documents and to send it to the Company at following email address: infosoumissionDICVQ@sqi.gouv.qc.ca CONTRACT LENGTH The work covered by this call for tenders is required for a period of 36 months, starting August 15, 2022. SUBMISSION GUARANTEE No tender guarantee is required. Any tenderer must note that if he refuses to respond to his tender, the Company may reject any tender presented by this tenderer to the Company during the next two years. TERMS Only bids submitted by bidders who meet the following conditions will be considered: has. have, in Quebec or in a territory covered by an applicable intergovernmental agreement, an establishment where he carries out his activities on a permanent basis, clearly identified in his name and accessible during normal business hours; b. have the required qualifications and hold the licenses required under the Building Act (CQLR, chapter B-1.1). This mandatory visit constitutes an eligibility condition required of a bidder which will be verified through the attendance register provided for this purpose. Thus, all bidders are responsible for showing up for the visit that has been confirmed to them and for signing the attendance register provided for this purpose at the site of the visit.
