Qualified bidders may submit bids for project as described in this Document. Submit bids according to the Instructions to Bidders. The Municipality is an Equal Opportunity employer. Project Description: Phase I Construction: Sitework for new parking lot and extension of Brigham Avenue; Provide Salt Storage Facility foundation and slab on grade; Provide Fuel Dispensing Facility; Demolish architectural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems and components and portions of the concrete slab on the interior of the existing office building; and demolish concrete slab in existing office and maintenance buildings where concrete was demolished. Provide concrete foundations, CMU bearing walls, structural steel framing for mezzanines in both the existing office building and existing maintenance building . No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 30 days after opening of bids. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities. Only questions will be received at the Pre-Bid Meeting, answers will be provided in writing by July 7, 2022 Architect will respond to bidder's questions by Thursday July 21, 2022. Successful bidder shall begin the Work on receipt of the Notice to Proceed and shall complete the Work within the Contract Time. Bidders must be properly licensed under the laws governing their respective trades and be able to obtain insurance and bonds required for the Work.
