Reference number : 1615836 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-06-29 Submission sent electronically accepted: Nope The Municipality of Lantier wishes to obtain tenders for the repair of Chemin Croissant des Trois-Lacs over 560 meters, Chemin du Lac Cardin over approximately 1,800 meters and Montée de la Baie over approximately 1,000 meters. The repair work includes the debonding of the existing paving, the granular reloading and the laying of the paving. All bidders must read and fully comply with the rules of contractual management #222-2021 adopted on June 15, 2021 by the municipality of Lantier, which is an integral part of the tender documents. The tenderer who will be awarded the contract must carry out the work according to the tender documents produced by the firm Équipe Laurence dated June 13, 2022, including addenda, if applicable. Any request for additional information must be made in writing, in accordance with the requirements of the notice to tenderers. The municipality of Lantier does not undertake to accept either the lowest or any of the tenders received, and it incurs no liability with regard to one or other of the tenderers in the event of rejection of all the tenders.
