Project Location: 60 Lester Ave, Johnson City, NY 13790 Project Description: Phase I Construction: Site work for new parking lot and extension of Brigham Avenue; Provide Salt Storage Facility foundation and slab on grade; Provide Fuel Dis- pensing Facility; Demolish architectural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems and components and portions of the concrete slab on the interior of the existing office build- ing; and demolish concrete slab in existing office and maintenance buildings where concrete was demolished. Provide concrete foundations, CMU bearing walls, structural steel framing for mez- zanines in both the existing office building and existing maintenance building . Construction Contract: Bids will be received for the following Work: 1. Multiple Contract Project consisting of the fol- lowing prime contracts: a. General Building Construction. b. Plumbing Construction. c. Mechanical Construction. d. Electrical Construction. BID SECURITY A. Bid security shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of 5 percent of the bid amount. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 30 days after opening of bids. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities. BIDDER'S QUALIFICATIONS A.
