The Norfolk Airport Authority, acting by and through its Executive Director, will accept qualification proposals from qualified and experienced firms to provide professional services as required by the Authority to prepare an Environmental Assessment (EA) for multiple proposed projects from the Authority's preferred development alternative within the recent Mater Plan Update. The EA is intended to address all major and known development alternatives which will be undertaken by the Authority within the next five years. The on-call environmental services element of the contract resulting from this RFQ will be used to address projects which are currently unanticipated by the Authority and their associated environmental requirements. Qualified firms must be able to demonstrate a sufficient knowledge of applicable and related federal, state and local laws and regulations for the services provided. There is no minimum guarantee of the amount of work that will be authorized.
