Lubbock Power & Light will receive written and sealed competitive proposals for, LP&L McDonald Substation Structures. Any proposal received after the date and hour specified will be rejected and returned unopened to the Offeror. Each proposal and supporting documentation must be in a sealed envelope or container plainly labeled in the lower left-hand corner. Lubbock Power & Light reserves the right to postpone the date and time for accepting proposals through an addendum. It is the intent and purpose of Lubbock Power & Light that this request permits competitive proposals. It is the Offeror's responsibility to advise Lubbock Power & Light Purchasing Manager if any language, requirements, etc., or any combinations thereof, inadvertently restricts or limits the requirements stated in this RFP to a single source. Such notification must be submitted in writing and must be received by the Lubbock Power & Light Purchasing Office no later than five (5) business days prior to the proposal closing date. A review of such notifications will be made. Questions and clarifications ending on June 23rd.
