Renovation of a mixed-use development in Dryden, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and laboratory facility.
A Pre-bid meeting for each bidder, to inspect the spaces, will begin in Room 150 of Tompkins Cortland Community College; 170 North St, Dryden NY 13053. The meetings will be scheduled and conducted individually, as requested (via email), by each bidder. Successful bidder shall begin the Work on receipt of a Notice to Proceed and shall perform the Work in a continuous manner. Recommendation for award of this work will be presented for approval to the Board of Trustees on July 21, 2022. THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REJECT ANY OR ALL BIDS. Includes furnish and installation of laboratory casework. Including but not limited to the following. - Student & teacher station cabinets/drawers/counter tops/seating, - Wall base & wall hung cabinets - Fixed and/or free-standing shelving - Storage cabinets and fume hoods. - One (1) each H/C student station for; Physics, Chemistry & Electrical laboratories. - One (1) new (24' long) cabinet/counter top with sink in the Construction Tech area. - Sinks and fixtures shall be included in the bid proposal scope. - All of the preceding as indicated above and on the Power Point pdf file-Attachment D.
