The Board of Blaine County Commissioners Is Accepting Bids for the Following Items: Asphalt Materials Pile Pilings Chemicals Reinforcing Steel Road Rock Materials Structural Steel Culvert Pipe & Steel Pipe 8 Sack Grout & Concrete Stay in Place Forms Machinery Lease Tanker Cars for Bridges Interlocking Sheeting Grader Blades Guard Rails & End Sections 1/2 Odot Specification 701 Size #57 Rock Publication of Commissioners Proceedings For a Period of Time Beginning July 1, 2022 Through December 31, 2022. Please Put "bid #22-05" and the Closing Date on the Outside of the Envelope. Bidders Must Have the Affidavit on the Reverse Side of the Invitation to Bid Form Signed and Notarized. It Must Be Returned With the Bid. The Only Forms to Be Accepted Will Be the Forms Supplied by the County Clerk. Purchases by Blaine County Are Not Subject to State and Federal Taxes. If Freight Is Not Included, Bids Must State "fob Blaine County" or "fob Plant". No Bond or Letter of Credit Is Required by the Board This Period. The Board of County Commissioners Reserves the Right to Accept or Reject Any and All Bids. In Case of a Non-firm Bid, the Board Will Use Their Discretion. Orders Placed From the Six (6) Month Bids Will Be Accepted or Rejected at the Time of Placing, for Immediate Delivery, or Within Thirty (30) Days.
