Renovation of a transportation facility in Winchester, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.
DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Furnish and install two (2) condenser units and two (2) cased A/C coils like-in-kind to replace currently installed equipment, see list below, in hangar 509. Include all labor, parts, hardware and supports necessary for installation. Work area is accessible daily for 7:00am to 6:00pm GENERAL SCOPE OF WORK: o Remove drop ceiling tiles and tracks as necessary. o Recover refrigerant o Disconnect and remove cased coil, drip pan and condenser o Flush lineset o Install new condenser o Install new suspended cased coil o Make necessary transitions to connect ductwork and insulate o Reinstall safety drip pans o Install new condensation pumps and overflow safety float switches o Reconnect lineset o Pressure test, evacuate, and charge unit o Start unit and verify proper operations o Reinstall drop ceiling tiles and track. WARRANTY: Manufactures Commercial warranty on components 1 year installation and workmanship warranty
