Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Annapolis, Maryland. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
*September 14, 2022, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, replacement of all pedestal traffic signal poles with breakaway coupling, signal heads, handboxes, conduits, wiring and traffic signal cabinet with controller and uninterruptible power supply (UPS) system; utility work comprised of installation of new electric service to controller; installation of new Accessible Pedestrian Signals (APS); upgrade existing curb cuts and ramps to current ADA standards; and related incidental site work. All bids must be accompanied by a bid bond or cashier's check, payable to the City of Annapolis, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid amount. The successful bidder must provide Payment and Performance bonds in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the total bid price The City of Annapolis reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities, and to select the bid deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
