Q & A deadline: Jun 30, 2022 6:00:00 PM EDT The County of Santa Clara (County), Facilities and Fleet Department desires to retain the services of well-qualified Professional Planning and Related Architectural and Engineering firm(s) ("Consultant(s)") to provide various professional Planning, Environmental, Architectural and Engineering services. The general scope of projects ranges from preparing facility assessments and feasibility studies of specific properties to preparing Master Plans and a new Service Delivery and Operation Plan for various Departments within County of Santa Clara. Typical project size ranges from 5,000 square feet to 450,000 square feet. This RFSOQ may result in a single or multiple awards. If an award is made, it is the County's intent to award an agreement with a term of five (5) years, unless terminated earlier or otherwise amended. The use of sub-consultants within a discipline or for specific service(s) is allowed, but must be clearly specified in the proposal. This RFSOQ may result in a single award or multiple awards.
