Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Kirkland Lake, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

The Town of Kirkland Lake is seeking the services of a Company or Individual, (herein known as Company), Supply, Deliver, and Install of Outdoor Adult Fitness Gym Equipment. Civic Park is situated on Tweedsmuir Avenue in the Town of Kirkland Lake; it was repurposed from a 3-diamond baseball complex to a multi use park consisting of covered pavilion, bandstand, multi courts, one baseball field, playground, sand volleyball court, community garden and green space. To supply, deliver, and install outdoor adult fitness gym equipment. This would also include the site preparation and surfacing. The proposed area for use would be approximately 60 FT wide x 60 FT long. A drawing and proposed location is included as "Appendix A". The proposal should: - Include a fitness course to promote whole-body fitness. - These equipment components must challenge strength, balance, grip strength, speed, and agility. - The equipment must be of high quality that is engineered for outdoor use and high traffic. - The equipment is to be geared to teenagers (13+) to adults. - The equipment should be able to accommodate 12 - 15 adults at any one time. - The Company may provide optional features or ideas that stays within the scope of the main proposal. The Town's intent is to allocate between $90,000 to $125,000 on this RFP, which would be inclusive of the equipment, delivery, ground preparation, surfacing, and installation.
