Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Middlesex, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The Scope of work for this Contract includes, but is not limited to, concrete sidewalk, concrete pavers, concrete driveway, curb, tree planting, inlet repairs, resetting valves, junction boxes, manholes, installing benches, trash receptacles, bike racks, light pole foundations, conduit and site restoration, on Route 28 (Bound Brook Avenue) within the Borough of Middlesex. All work on this contract shall be completed within One Hundred Twenty (120) calendar days. Bid Bond or a Certified Check drawn to the order of Treasurer of the Borough of Middlesex for not less than ten percent (10%) of the amount bid, except that the check need not exceed $20,000.00. The successful bidder is hereby notified that a performance bond for the full amount of the project is required. The award of the contract for this project will not be made until the necessary funds have been provided by the Borough of Middlesex in a lawful manner. The Borough of Middlesex or the Engineer reserves the right to require a complete financial and experience statement from prospective bidders showing that they have satisfactorily completed work of the nature required before furnishing proposal forms or specifications, or before awarding the Contract.
