Reference Number 0000253480 The Halifax Station, located at 1161 Hollis Street, is a four-story heritage building with a clay brick, clay speed tile, sandstone, granite, and cast concrete stone cladding. Work under this contract includes remaining building elevation restoration (West, East, South), roof replacements (Roofs B, C, D, F, I, and J), main entrance weatherproofing membrane replacement, main façade lighting upgrade and the investigation of the cracked concrete “wrapping” of the basement columns.
