Up to thirty-eight (38) manholes w ould be rehabilitated to reduce inflow and infiltration. The w ork w ill take place w ithin the existing easements and rights-of-w ay. The contractor w ill be required to provide a maintenance of traffic plan, survey existing utility lines, and acquire any necessary permits prior to construction to resolve potential issues regarding the implementation of this project. The project limits for the Sanitary Sew er Rehabilitation Project are in the roadw ay right-of-w ay along Cedar Street, Sycamore Street, Maple Street, Birch Street, and Oak Street. The project area is bound by Lew is Street to the north, North Main Street to the east, and Maple Street to the south and w est.
