Site work and renovation of a swimming pool in Saint-Bruno, Quebec. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a swimming pool; and for site work for a swimming pool.
Upgrades, repairs and improvements to the open air swimming pool and its services building housing locker rooms and water treatment equipment. The scope of the project includes the replacement of the water heating equipment and renovation of locker rooms. TIMELINE: Process of the request for proposals from architectural and engineering professional consulting firms for design services to complete studies and surveys, preliminary plans and working drawings preparation, tender management and construction work supervision has closed at the owner. Submissions are under review with an award anticipated in late summer 2022. Schedules of the project development will be finalized after the design consultants award. Further update at that time.
