Reference number : 1615794 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-07-04 Submission sent electronically accepted: Nope The Municipality of Notre-Dame-du-Rosaire is requesting bids for the maintenance of land and sections of streets on its territory for the 2022-2023, 2023-2024, 2024-2025 seasons with the possibility of two additional years, i.e. winters 2025-2026 and 2026-2027. The Municipality of Notre-Dame-du-Rosaire does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the tenders submitted. It disclaims all liability for the costs paid by tenderers for the preparation of their tender and for the fact that the written opinions or any documents conveyed by electronic system are incomplete or contain any error or omission whatsoever. All bidders must therefore ensure, before bidding, that they obtain all the documents related to this call for tenders. The Municipality reserves the right not to retain any of the tenders received if, in particular, they turn out to be higher than the market rates. In addition, the Municipality may disregard any defect in form or minor defect that the tender may contain. Tenders received must be valid for a period of 90 days after the opening of tenders.
