The County of Grundy will accept request for qualifications and proposals from interested and qualified architectural and engineering firms for the full design and construction the facility to house the Grundy County Health Department and ensure adequate space to house all programs and services offered. The project will be awarded to the proposer who submits the best proposal in compliance with this request. This request is being issued under the authority of the Grundy County Board. Grundy County Health Department, Grundy County Administrator, and the Grundy County Finance Director will oversee all aspects of the selection process, subject to review and approval of the Grundy County Board.The proposer remains responsible for obtaining all addenda, which will be posted at the same website. The County of Grundy reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive technical errors or informalities in proposal.
