Renovation of a mixed-use development in Columbia, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Upgrade of audio-visual system for the Columbia Public Schools boardroom. The scope of work for Aslin Boardroom Audio Visual System shall include, but is not limited to, the following: Provide equipment, material and labor to complete the work as outlined in the following attachments: Attachment A: Specifications, detailing scope. Attachment B: CPS Boardroom AV BOM V5.0.xls spreadsheet containing the Bill of Materials for this project. The Technical System Contractor shall use thisspecification and the spreadsheet as the Technical System Basis of Design. Included in the original electricalfloor plans of the building. Bidders are responsible for confirming accuracy. No signal flow diagrams or related details are provided - it shall be the responsibility of the Technical System Contractor to interpret the bid documents, include appropriate time for the design, documentation, coordination, site observations, commissioning, Owner instruction, final documentation, warranty, etc. of the Technical Systems.
