Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Frisco, Colorado. Completed plans call for the construction of a multi-residential development.
The Town of Frisco ("Owner") invites Qualification Statements and Proposals from interested construction Firms to fill the role of Construction Manager/General Contractor ("CM/GC", "Contractor", "Firm" or "Team"). The Owner is conducting a qualifications based selection process to retain a Firm (or Firms) for Slopeside Hall and Day Lodge ("Project A") located at 605 Recreation Way, Frisco CO 80443 and 621 Recreation Way, Frisco CO 80443 and Granite Park Workforce Housing ("Project B") located at 619 Granite Street, Frisco CO 80443. The Owner intends to secure the services of a CM/GC Team (or Teams) that will provide comprehensive preconstruction and construction services in order to complete the projects. The Owner reserves the right to award the projects based on best overall value. Award may be made to a single firm for both Project A and Project B or separate firms for each project respectively.
