Renovation of an educational facility in Sumter, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Base Bid work includes a two-ply modified bitumen roof system for Roof Area B for approximately 115 squares. ALT 1 work includes two-ply modified bitumen roof system for Roof Area A for approximately 140 squares. ALT 2 work includes window repairs to select windows and wet seal of all the existing windows above/adjacent to Roof Areas A and B for approximately 79 windows. Construction Cost Range: $800,000 to $900,000 BID SECURITY IS REQUIRED IN AN AMOUNT NOT LESS THAN 5% OF THE BASE BID. PERFORMANCE AND LABOR & MATERIAL PAYMENT BONDS: The successfill Contactorwill be required to provide Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bonds, each in the amount of 100% ofthe Contract Price.
