Whatcom County Public Works requests bids for the Birch Bay Drive and Harborview Road Pavement Repair CRP No. 922019 project. This project provides for the pavement repair on Birch Bay Drive and Harborview Road that was impacted by stormwater improvements in unincorporated Whatcom County, Washington. Work includes HMA paving, planning of bituminous pavement, crack sealing, pavement markings, and other work as further described in the bid documents. Award will be made to the lowest qualified bidder. Whatcom County reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive any irregularities. Whatcom County encourages disadvantaged, minority and women owned firms to respond.
