The Restroom Modification for the Fitzsimons 623 Day Resource Center project includes, but is not limited to: Replacing lavatories Replacing countertops Replacing partitions Repairing walls and tiles Refinishing the floor Painting Altering the ventilation Replacing water closets with detention grade water closets (Alternate 1) Replacing urinals with detention grade urinals (Alternate 1) Replacing lavatories with detention grade lavatories (Alternate 1) Providing restroom/shower trailers (Alternate 2) Construction period: eight (8) months from issuance of Notice to Proceed. If items such as material lead times or any other market conditions prevent completion in 8 months, bidders must notify the City of the appropriate construction period by the question period deadline.
