The University of Louisville, Department of Procurement Services will receive proposals from qualified facility services firms for the purpose of General Contractor Services for the University of Louisville Belknap Campus, Health Sciences Center, and Shelby Campuses on an as needed basis. Services available for contract shall include any or all General Contractor services as needed by all departments at all University campuses that cannot be addressed utilizing the University in-house Physical Plant staff. No service fees/charges, equipment fees/charges, truck fees/charges, or hidden fees/charges will be added to invoicing for any work requested for the duration of any contract as a result of this RFP. Additional fees, if any, must be provided in the proposal and will be subject to approval by the University. The University may inspect the quality of the work done by the contractor at any time and if the work has not been completed to the Universitys satisfaction, then the contractor will correct/fix the work at no additional cost to the University. The University will provide the contractor with written documentation of any work that is deemed not completed to the Universitys satisfaction and needs correcting.
