Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Long Pond, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Work included under this contract consists of replacing the existing oil fired boiler with a new gas fired boiler, new pumps, valves, and associated accessories for the two zone system. Piping in the existing bays will remain, however the 4 unit heaters will be replaced as well as the thermostats and controls. Site drainage improvements that consist of patch work, installing a trench drain & connection of downspout, sealcoating entire paved area, and patching the storm drain pipe area on the entrance driveway. Removal of 4000 gallon underground oil tank. Replacement of the boiler room doorway frame and door. Engineer's Estimate: $25,000 - $50,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. SMALL BUSINESS CERTIFICATION AND SMALL DIVERSE BUSINESS MPLS: Responsive bidders must hold a current small business certification from PA Department of General Services (DGS).
