This is the Second Stage Process of the Request for Supplier Qualification RFSQ 1819-030 which was issued on August 22, 2018. The objective of the RFSQ was to pre-qualify General Contractors to construct a physical presence and distinct identity for the Temerty Advanced Surgical Education and Simulation Centre at the Michener Institute of Education at UHN. Brief Description of Deliverables for Phase Two build-out of the 12th floor: The Michener Institute of Education at UHN ("Michener", MI) is inviting prospective Proponents to provide General Contracting Services for the Phase Two Build-Out of approximately 5,000 square feet of the partially occupied 12th floor along with support services in the 5th floor Data Centre and 15th floor Mechanical Penthouse. This, first-of-its-kind, high-fidelity Simulation Lab will offer education to students and surgeons worldwide. This Project requires expertise in technical co-ordination and understanding of simulation lab environments.
