The Project consists of traffic signal and roadway improvements to the intersection of SR 3015 (Progress Avenue) & T-491 (Paxton Church Road) including roadway widening to include a westbound right turn lane from T-491 onto SR 3015, pedestrian access accommodations, and other associated improvements. For a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis. A pre-bid conference will not be held.
