Scope includes, but is not limited to, the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, services and incidentals for the replacement of all existing bus stop signs, installation/reinstallation of bus stop poles and the installation of a standalone pole mounted solar light at multiple locations for the Broward County Transportation Department. This solicitation includes participation goals for Broward County certified County Business Enterprises (CBE). Refer to Special Instructions and the Office of Economic and Small Business Development Requirements section for additional information. In order to be considered a responsive and responsible Vendor for the scope of work set forth in this solicitation, the Vendor must possess a specified license at the time of submittal (refer to Special Instructions for requirements). Quantities listed on the Item Response Form are the estimated Initial One-Year Contract Period/Term amount. The sum of all line items will be the Vendor's Initial One-Year Contract Period/Term price. Each submittal shall be accompanied by a bid guaranty in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid amount (refer to Bid Guaranty, Performance and Payment Guaranties, and Qualifications of Surety Requirements). The County provides a specified time for Vendors to ask questions and seek clarification regarding the requirements of the solicitation.
