Parks, Recreation, Trail Work, Landscaping (Tree and Shrub Clearing), Water Resources (River/Stream), Roadway Lighting, Culverts, Waterways, Storm water Channels, Trails and/or Multipurpose Trails, Drainage, Dredging, Ditches and Canals, Landscaping, Erosion Control/Slope, Bank Stabilization, Site work/Excavating and Grading, Paving (Trail Paving), Grubbing & Clearing, Storm water Improvements, Erosion Control - Temporary, Paving (Asphalt or Concrete) Description: Project involves the stabilization and restoration of approximately 1,500 lineal feet of the headwaters of Honey Creek. Project includes, but is not limited to site clearing, tree removal, grading and excavation, creek bypassing, channel realignment, storm sewers and RCB culverts, integrated bank treatment, natural channel design, pedestrian bridge, board walks, gravel and asphalt trails, lighting, native vegetation restoration and erosion control. All Work is included in a single prime contract. Bid proposals from Minority Business Enterprises (MBE), Women Business Enterprises (WBE), and Small Businesses in Rural Areas (SBRA) are encouraged. Green tier contractors are encouraged. To demonstrate Bidder's qualifications to perform the Work, Bidder shall submit written evidence establishing its qualifications. Bids must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to City of Greenfield in an amount of 5% of BIDDER's maximum Bid price and in the form of a Bid Bond or electronic Bid Bond issued by a surety meeting the requirements of Paragraph 6.01 of the General Conditions.
