The Town of Hillsville will accept proposals from licensed contractors to replace an existing culvert approximately 42 feet in length and 24 inches in diameter, including all associated VDOT specifications. The Town reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, waive formalities or technicalities at its discretion.
